On the morning/afternoon of your collection, our logistics partner will send you an email and text with repair window of around 30 minutes.

We receive & repair your device
Once we receive your device, we'll complete our pre-repair testing to confirm your repair.
After your repair has been completed, we'll test your device again to confirm its functionality.

Device return
On the day of your delivery, our logistics partner will email and text you a delivery window.
Once you receive your device, please ensure you fully test all functionalities.
